Every new Towson Watch is covered by a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, covered service is reviewed and approved by Towson Watch Company and may be performed through Baltimore Watch Company.
Baltimore Watch Company remains the recommended service destination for Towson Watch owners. Service after two years is arranged directly between the owner and Baltimore Watch Company, unless otherwise approved by Towson Watch Company.
Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from accident, misuse, water intrusion beyond stated specifications, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear may not be covered. Full warranty terms are provided with your watch.
