If you own a Towson Watch that was purchased on this website, at the TWC Showroom or in an authorized retailer, it is a registered timepiece under lifetime warranty with a unique serial number engraved on the case-back. We request that you ship it back to 1200 Steuart, St. 1411, Baltimore, MD 21230 for service & repair. Please inform us via email prior to shipment.

When our customers commit to a Towson Watch and place their first order here on the website, a relationship with the brand is established. The customer is permanently listed in the TWC Registry alongside the unique reference number engraved on the back of their watch. We do offer exchanges within two weeks of delivery if the item is imperfect. In this case, the customer may choose a different item.
Towson Watch Company works with an authorized Swiss firm to source certified ETA calibers. The movements are reassembled at the TWC Workshop by TWC Watchmakers to achieve a set of quality standards established by co-founders, Hartwig Balke & George Thomas. Component-lubrication-amount, daily accuracy & the decorative level of the movement, such as rhodium-plating & perlage must be authorized & tested by Hartwig Balke prior to the completion of a registered Towson Watch.
