We do offer consultations prior to purchase and strive to work as closely with our customers as possible to ensure the utmost satisfaction with the timepiece they choose. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions, big or small, before making your purchase as we want to see you thrilled with your investment for years to come. In any case, customers may send their watch back to us for complementary servicing or repair whenever deemed necessary.
When our customers commit to a Towson Watch and place their first order here on the website, a relationship with the brand is established. The customer is permanently listed in the TWC Registry alongside the unique reference number engraved on the back of their watch. We do offer exchanges within two weeks of delivery if the item is imperfect. In this case, the customer may choose a different item.
