Mechanical Movements

At Towson Watch Company, mechanical movements are sourced in Switzerland and meticulously regulated and decorated in the USA by TWC's skilled watchmakers. This approach ensures that each timepiece achieves chronometer-grade accuracy while embodying the highest standards of Swiss precision and personalized craftsmanship.

TWC selects renowned Swiss calibers known for their quality and reliability, such as the ETA 7750 and Valjoux 7751 for chronograph movements, and the ETA 2892 and 2893 for other models with automatic movements. Despite not manufacturing ourown movements, TWC enhances and customizes these base-caliber movements in-house to align with the design aesthetics and functional requirements of Towson Watches.

Led by Co-Founder Hartwig Balke's expertise, TWC has mastered Swiss calibers, ensuring that each component undergoes intricate modification and decoration, resulting in hand-finished, reliable timepieces that represent the pinnacle of American craftsmanship and Swiss precision.
