Lifetime Warranty

Towson Watches are guaranteed by a lifetime warranty for service and repair. Each is registered with a reference number and serial number engraved on the case-back.

We encourage Towson Watch owners to send their timepiece exclusively to us when servicing or repair is deemed necessary. We will attend to it and have it shipped back to you within 1-3 weeks. This service is complementary.

Before sending your Towson Watch to us for repair, please email info@towsonwatchco.com for shipping information.

Warranty Exceptions Include:

1. Broken crystal
2. Movement Replacement due to broken parts

In the event of broken crystal or movement replacement, Towson Watch Owners will be able to send their timepiece to TWC for repair, but will likely incur a charge.

Towson Watch Company uses a direct-to-consumer distribution approach to foster stronger customer relationships, offer a more accessible entry-point to premier independent watchmaking, and provide a lifetime warranty. Most importantly, it gives our watchmakers the freedom to make the timepieces they want to make without being restricted by the standardization that retailer distribution imposes. Direct-to-consumer allows us to proliferate our handmade, personalized approach to the craft of watchmaking.
