This is the story of Towson Watch Company’s STS-99 Chronometer. A watch that put American watchmaking back on the map, stamping itself in history as one of the first automatic watches worn in outer-space.

One of Towson Watch Company’s most notorious horological projects was the restoration and recreation of the world's oldest mechanical watch - Philip Melanchthon's table clock, crafted in 1530.

Incorporating elements of local culture into our watches allows us to create timepieces that resonate with the enduring spirit of industry in the Chesapeake region and celebrate the heritage that defines us as an American watch brand.
